Servo Feeding Unit

Servo motor drive, pressure-free vacuum adsorption type lead edge feeder system.

• Servo motor pressure-free vacuum adsorption wheel-type front edge feeder for fast paper feeding, high efficiency, high precision and stable, smooth feeding of warped boards
• High feeding precision; suitable board thickness 1.5–11 mm
• Mechanical vibration is largely eliminated, avoiding vibration from cam transmissions and minimizing clearance error during pull-wheel operation
• Left/right and back baffles set on touch screen — electronically and digitally controlled — with side squaring installed for precise feeding
• Can run continuous paper feeding or skip feeding
• Auto-zeroing: feeder and printer are fitted with auto-zeroing devices so all units share a unified setting reference, minimizing blank waste
• Dust removal: dedicated dust-removing unit on the feeding station for reliable high-screen and large-field printing
• Tracking display screen: 23.5-inch color display on the feeder unit plus a machine-back-side imaging display monitor on the die-cutting unit, for clear observation of machine operation

Bottom Printing Unit (Two Units / Colors)

• Vacuum transfer with independent servo phase control on every unit, synchronizing printing and impression for sharp, clean images with simple design and easy maintenance; order storage via touch screen
• Precise setting system regulating impression and ink-supply gaps
• Variable-frequency electric operating system — one-button roller-gap control from the touch screen
• High printing registration accuracy: ≤ ±0.25 mm
• Printing plate cylinder: quality steel, dynamically/statically balance-tested and precisely milled, with longitudinal/lateral surface grooves for plate mounting, chrome-plated for durability, 10 mm plate-attaching strip with ratchet wheel, roller correcting device for inclined printing, circumferential adjustment on touch screen with ±10 mm shifting range
• Vacuum transfer case: seamless precisely-machined cylinder, chrome-plated and sand-blasted; impression cylinder static- and dynamic-balance tested; Japanese precision roller bearings on cage-roll shafts; multi-point oiling system; touch-screen electrical control of elevation clearance and fan air flow (frequency-inverter controlled) for pressure-free feeding that protects blank edges
• Anilox cylinder: 2 sets of ceramic anilox cylinders (250–600 LPI) matched with 2 sets of quality doctor blades; adjustable rubber-roller/anilox clearance with micro-setting for quick adjustment and blade change; dual-directional membrane ink pump with settable ink volume; quick-clean ink chamber; imported ink reversing valve saves water and ink
• Water and ink cycle: dual-directional membrane ink pump supplies ink
• Printing phase positioning device: servo independent control with separate memory and automatic reset

Rotary Die-Cutting Unit (Independent Servo Drive)

• Control panel: die-cutter cylinder thickness 20 mm; phase and axial settings, and all clearance settings, are electrically set and digitally controlled from the touch screen; phase control via independent servo system
• Die-cutter cylinder (bottom cylinder): 55 mm thickness, quality-steel construction, precisely machined with dynamic/static balance tests for sound running and accurate cutting; fastening screw-hole spacing 50 mm axial / 20 divisions radial; independent servo motor direct control with fine-tuning during operation; left/right shifting set electrically on touch screen (10 mm range)
• Anvil cylinder (upper cylinder): precisely machined quality steel with dynamic/static balance testing; wrapped with original imported Taiwan Maxdure anvil cover for easy change and long service life; electrically set die-cutter/anvil gap; compensating differential mechanism (±3 mm range); mechanical stretch and lateral movement ±20 mm with overload protector
• Differential compensation device: automatically compensates the linear-speed change produced by the repaired roller after repair, ensuring die-cutting accuracy
• Independent drive system: Germany KEB servo controller and motor
• Air-duct chip blowing plus brush removal effectively strips die-cutting waste; strapping conveyor belt transfers slotting/die-cutting waste out of the machine
• Operation controlled from both the main console and each unit's touch screen; pneumatic self-locking die-cutting roll for smooth die-cutting; C.U.E. quick-change die-cut anvil with grinding mechanism; precise table-speed difference compensation for die-cutting accuracy

Stability Unit (Patent Applied)

• Prevents flute collapse: correct pressure keeps flutes from being crushed or collapsing during formation, protecting board quality
• Ensures high-quality boxes and an efficient manufacturing process
• Final squaring: corrects any fishtailing or uneven folding from the folding section — guides and belts align all panels at a true 90° angle before the glue fully sets

Folding & Gluing Station

Folds and glues cartons on both sides of the machine, with bottom-lock attachment and electronic batch counter included as standard.

Folding Station Features
