Carton Type

1. General Side Pasting

Overall Equipment:

1. The machine base adopts the overall 20mm national standard steel plate structure, modular design method, and various functional modules are selected according to the needs.
2. The overall rigidity of the machine is good, the overall transportation method is adopted, the installation and debugging are fast, accurate and convenient, which provides a reliable guarantee for the overall performance of the machine in high-speed operation.

Paper Feeding Department:

Pull Gauge (Correction) Department:

Lower Gluing Bucket:

1. The lower gluing drum is divided into two devices, the width of the glue wheel is different and the left and right are interchanged with special design. It is very convenient to disassemble, clean and maintain.
2. The rubber roulette is made of 304 stainless steels with knurling and finishing, so it is not easy to be deformed.

Folding Department:

1. The folding part adopts three paper feeding guides to make the work more stable and smoother, and the upper pulley belt alone increases the power to prevent the slipping phenomenon of the belt being thrown and turning the carton.
2. Especially install three sets of crimping rollers to improve the situation of poor crimping of printing slotted cardboard and improve the accuracy of carton forming.
3. Specially designed abduction belt power trapezoidal wheel to rectify and adjust speed separately, which is in line with multi-style adjustment operation, fast and convenient, so that the box sample can be accurately closed and away from the bell mouth.

Pressing Part:

1. Fully considering the bonding quality of the carton molding, two groups of wall panels are used, the pressure adjustment is convenient, and the product bonding is reliable.
2. The upper and lower belts are stretched freely, which is convenient to determine the paper drop position according to the shape of the carton, so that the formed carton can be stacked more neatly and stably when entering the conveying section.
3. Pneumatic clapping device is installed to prevent scissors in the production of flat carton.

Conveying Department:

1. Full pneumatic device, one-key pressure adjustment, and the belt is specially designed to move back and forth according to the shape of the carton.
2. Long-distance upper and lower belt design prolongs the bonding time of the carton and improves the bonding quality of the carton.
