Brief Introduction:

Excellence Series’ High speed auto gluing/stitching machine is applicable for regular corrugated carton board gluing and stitching. According to customer’s requests, divided into A, B two models.

Model A: High-speed, high-speed stitching head imported from abroad, durable, and not easy to damage. Speed up to1000 nails per minute, meet the needs of big and medium carton factory.

Model B: Economy, simple and practical structure. Suitable for small and medium carton factories.

Paper Feeding and Gluing Unit:

The main motor adopts frequency speed adjustment, the system has no noise, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable vacuum belt lead edge feeder, accurate and reliable high-quality electromagnetic clutch brake system, the paper feeding unit can be controlled separately, and the operation is simple and convenient. The front baffle and the paper feeding belt ‘T’ are adjustable left and right, and the front paper feeding part can be electrically adjusted, which is suitable for various specifications of the carton, convenient and fast; use roller press paper, eccentric wheel adjust gap, suitable for different thickness cardboard. Thickness 3-8mm; gluing is well-distributed and no overflow; gluing speed is synchronized with the main machine, which reduces the friction between the glue wheel and the cardboard and prolongs the service life of the glue wheel.

Folding Unit: 

Linkage with feeding unit, frequency control. Imported high-friction belt and synchronous belt are used to transport the cardboard, which is automatically folded, effectively avoid the tilting edge caused by different thickness of cardboard or different belt tenacity on both sides. The folding unit equipped with a correction device, which effectively compensates and corrects the previous process, and avoids the scissors shape tail. Folding speed 120 m/min.

Carton Flapping Unit:

Transmission motor frequency control, to ensure paper feeding stability; the positioning of the clapper is controlled by the electric screw, which is stable and accurate; tapping action servo control, efficient and stable. The carton is well formed.

Stitching Unit:

Adopt synchronous belt conveying, plc control, touch screen adjustment, (stitching and gluing one key interchangeable, real-time display speed and output) convenient, fast, and accurate.

The correction device, secondary compensation, and correction of paper not in place, ensure folding without tilt correct scissors shape tail, folding position can be micro-adjusted to control big & small gap. The oscillating stitching head is used to effectively improve the quality of the box.

Stitching nail spec:1.9×0.75mm (18#), big wire roll with each20kg, reduce the number of wire changes and improve productivity. With order memory function, use less time for order change, and improve production efficiency.

Counting and Stacking Unit:

After gluing, re-aligned, counted, stacked, and automatically conveying stacking speed up to 120m/min; counting and delivery with pneumatic method, reliable, accurate and fast; emergency stop switch is provided to avoid paperboard waste.

Electrical Unit:

Interface input various carton data, complete the specification adjustment and change orders, the operation is simple, and the action is reliable.Input data non-stop machine, automatic counting, accurate output.

Performance Characteristics:
