Machine Application

This machine is suitable for cross cutting jumbo rolls, like papers, adhesive sticker, thick plastic film,
or some laminates material, into sheets of any needed size with high speed and high precision. It is
the ideal equipment for paper making, plastic, printing, and packaging industry.

• Pneumatic dancer roller unit for auto speed varied and assured that the stable web feeding under highspeed running.

Machine Configuration:

Unwinder Section:

• Floating type shaftless unwind stand, 3”&6” step chuck.
• Hydraulic lifter for heavy rolls.
• Left and right arm controlled by hydraulic.
• Web adjustment roller ensures the even web tension from
left to right.
• Web guiding system.

Traction Section

• The rubber traction roller is driven by motor with gear reducer.
• Pneumatic nip rubber roller, the pressure of nip is adjustable.
• Pneumatic dancer roller for stable web feeding under high-speed
Running.
• Encoder for dancer roller to detect position accurately.

Feeding and Cutting Section:

• Servo motor with driver to control cutting length.
• Heavy duty casting knife holder.
• High quality steel cutting knife guarantees clean cutting.
• Brake AC motor driving the knife up-down on Hiwin guiding rail is
essential for rapid action.
• Air blowing system for thin materials.
• Static eliminator, pneumatic auxiliary press bar.
• Rotary shear slitting knives and waste blowing fan for edge
trimming.

Auto stacker Section:

•  Stacker is moved on guide rails and can be moved up-down automatically based on cutting speed.

•  The left and right flick motor is to flick the sheets in order.
• Tag inserter device to record the sheets quantity

PLC and Touch screen:

•Colorful 7” touch screen and PLC.
• English, Chinese, or other languages(optional) on HMI.
• Cutting length, cutting quantity, and cutting batch setting
function.
• Quantity and batch auto counting function.
• Automatic tension & diameter calculate and control for
