The machine is equipped with a stripping option and can convert cutsheet sizes of 28×40-inches at the speed of 7,500 sheets an hour. The company is also planning to convert E-flute cartons.

Vipul Jain of Chandni Industries said, “We diversified into packaging business in November 2021, and are gradually establishing the setup. We selected the Dayuan die-cutter because of its micro embossing feature. It will help us to offer more options to our customers. Micro embossing is not only for mono cartons, it is also required for some high-end playing cards. Another reason to choose the die-cutter was its cutting pressure of 600 tonnes.”

As the company is now targeting the toy manufacturing industry, the die-cutter will help the company cut plastic boxes as well. It has a hot bed, which is helpful for creasing.
